Dale D. Pawley joined La Follette, Johnson, DeHaas, Fesler & Ames P.C. in March 2024 as an associate attorney. His practice focuses on defending medical malpractice claims involving complex diagnoses, infectious diseases, and surgeries. Mr. Pawley also defends medical facilities, common freight carriers, and hospitality facilities, as well as entertainment venues and production companies.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Pawley gained extensive legal experience in various roles, including defending corporate and insured transportation mass casualty and catastrophic injury matters in addition to litigating personal injury and wrongful death cases against hospitals and assisted living facilities.
Mr. Pawley holds a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA (2002), and he is admitted to practice in California and various federal courts. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court – Central District of California, and the U.S. Department of Justice – Immigration Courts.
