Robert Iacopino joined La Follette Johnson in 2012, focusing the bulk of his practice on medical malpractice defense. Mr. Iacopino received his B.A. from Brandeis University and his J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Iacopino was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and served on both the trial and appellate committees. Mr. Iacopino also competed in and received awards for numerous moot court and mock trial competitions, including the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition, the William C. Lynch Moot Court Competition, and the David M. Gill mock trial competition.

Mr. Iacopino’s previous work experience includes time spent as a judicial extern for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia, United States Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. Mr. Iacopino is a member of the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
